The Manzur Kader Cineplex & Convention Center (MKC & CC) has been designed and equipped with the cutting edge technologies to screen latest movies accommodating approximately 202 audiences.
Anyone can book the Cineplex for business gathering as well as cinema show. The Cineplex shows movie every weekend (Friday and Saturday) evening. All kinds of classics and popular Bangla, Hindi and English movies hit the playlist of the Cineplex
It has been designed as multipurpose hall to stage meetings, seminars, symposiums, theatres, live cultural programs and so on. The conference centre has two timeslots.

In case of any emergency or unavoidable circumstances Club Authority reserves the right to cancel the booking with 24 hours’ notice.
a) After confirmation of booking (after signing of booking form) – 20% charge of the tariff
b) Within 72 hours of holding the program – 50% charge of the tariff
c) Within 24 hours of holding the program – 100% charge of the tariff
Uttara Club reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any booking with proper intimation if it is deemed to hamper the interest or image of the Club or for any emergency.
THE MEMBER CONCERNED WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY WRONG DECLARATION WHICH WILL LEAD TO DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING AS WELL AS CASH PENALTY.
01. Booking of the Convention Centre should be made at least 72 hours in advance duly filled in the prescribed form available with the Club Office.
02. The Convention Centre will not be rented out for Political Meeting, any Anti-Social Program or any such activity or any program for which any sort of fee is charged.
03. The Convention Centre will not be rented out on Friday, Saturday, Housie evening (Wednesday), Club Function days & Holidays (i.e. on the day of Eid-Ul-Fitre, Eid-Ul-Azha and before the day of Shab-E-Barat & Shab-E-Quadre). Note: May be rented out on Wednesday and Club Function day with an additional amount of 25% on rental charge.
04. Accommodation will be restricted to maximum 202 persons.
05. Guests are restricted within the Convention Centre only.
06. Decorator & other personnel will not be allowed to use lift.
07. Domestic help (Servant, Aya and Driver) will not be allowed inside the Convention Centre.
08. External and Internal decoration with lighting are not allowed inside the Convention Centre. Any damage of wall or any part of the Convention Centre will be charged to the member’s account.
09. Erection of separate gate is not allowed.
10. Dias of the Convention Centre may be used without touching the screen of the Cineplex.
11. Vehicles will be parked outside the boundary wall of the Club.
12. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Convention Center.
13. Food/Drinks are not allowed inside the Convention Centre. Only Snacks items may be arranged at the designated corner (adjacent to the reception) of the Convention Centre. Other lounge (subject to availability) can be used for the purpose of serving foods on payment of usual charges and as per Terms & Conditions.
14. Sound System may be allowed by the sponsoring member concerned, but an additional Tk. 6,000.00 will be applicable for the same.
