Moynamati Lounge

Moynamati is the smallest lounge in the club. Some 16 people can enjoy get-together at the space. Moynamoti Lounge is an excellent decorated homely flexible place. It is available for exclusive lunch, dinner, reception, cocktail or and many more. The aesthetically pleasing Moynamati Lounge provides a uniquely beautiful and cozy facility to all the members of the club for hosting private parties. The lounge can house a maximum of 16 guests comfortably, and has adequate space for both socializing and serving dinner.

CANCELATION POLICY

In case of any emergency or unavoidable circumstances Club Authority reserves the right to cancel the booking with 24 hours’ notice.

a) After confirmation of booking (after signing of booking form) – 20% charge of the tariff

b) Within 72 hours of holding the program – 50% charge of the tariff

c) Within 24 hours of holding the program – 100% charge of the tariff

Uttara Club reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any booking with proper intimation if it is deemed to hamper the interest or image of the Club or for any emergency.

THE MEMBER CONCERNED WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY WRONG DECLARATION WHICH WILL LEAD TO DISCIPLINARY PROCEEDING AS WELL AS CASH PENALTY.

PARKING SERVICE & TRANSPORTATION OPTIONS

01. Booking of Moynamoti Lounge should be made at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability )duly filed in the Prescribed form with the club rest house.

02. The Moynamoti Lounge will not be rented out for Political Meeting, any anti social program or any such activity or any Program for which any sort of fee is charged.

03. The Moynamoti Lounge will ne be rented out on Housie evening (Wednesday) , Club Function days and Club Holidays (i.e on the day of Eid-Ul-Fitre, Eid-Ul-Azha, Shab -E- Barat and Shab-E-Quadar). Note: Maybe rented out on Wednesday with a Surcharge of 25% at the sole discretion of the President

04. Accommodation will be restricted to maximum 16 persons.

05. Guests are restricted within the Moynamoti Lounge only.

06. Vehicles of the guest will be parked outside the boundary wall of club.

07. Domestic help (Servent ,Aya and Driver) is not allowed inside the Moynamoti Lounge.

08. The Club will provide Food items as per the suggested menu and charge will be debited to the member’s account.

09. No extra sound system /PA System will be allowed .

10. Uttara Club reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel any booking if it is deemed to hamper the interest or imageof the Club or for any emergency .
